Billing and invoices
- If the event page ends before the first month is up, we bill once on the page end date.
- Free participants and volume tiers restart every month of use.
- The event page end date defaults to the event end date and can be extended.

Pricing questions
Are registered participants who never show up billed?
No. Only approved participants who sign in to the event count.
Is there a free tier?
Both plans are free for the first 30 entered participants each month of use.
Are we charged again if a participant signs in again?
Not within the same month of use. If the event page end date is more than a month after publishing, they count again in the next month.
When are we billed?
Every month from the publish date. If the event page ends sooner, once on the page end date.
When does the event page end?
On the event end date by default. You can extend it.
How do we pay?
Add a payment method when you publish. Each event's invoice is charged to it automatically on every billing date.
How is the Meet & AI rate calculated?
Rates are graduated by volume. After the first 30 free participants, participants up to 500 are $10 each and the next tier is $8 each.
How is badge printing billed?
$1.50 per on-site check-in that prints a badge.
Do estimates include tax?
Prices exclude applicable taxes.
